Licensed All Ages: Generally, patrons of all ages may attend. Alcohol will be available for purchase on the premises and will only be available to patrons aged 18 years and over.
Note: Some Licensed All Ages shows may require children aged 14 or 15 and under to be accompanied by a legal guardian. Please always check disclaimers where an age restriction is listed.
All Ages: Patrons of all ages may attend.
For General Admission events, we do not recommend attendance by children aged 5 years and under.

Attendees are generally permitted to take photos and/or videos at a show unless otherwise advised.
Only non-professional cameras (e.g., mobile phone cameras, non-SLR cameras, cameras without detachable lenses) are permitted at a show unless you are authorised media.
All food and beverage stall vendor queries must be directed to the show venue.

The Frontier Team aims to deal with all complaints or feedback in a polite and courteous manner. The Team will deal with your complaint or feedback fairly and reasonably, having regard to all the circumstances.
The Team will respond to all complaints and feedback in writing (as required) and will do our best to settle complaints promptly and as soon as possible.
The Team monitors the Frontier inbox from Monday-Friday 10am to 5pm AEDT/AEST, excluding public holidays.
