Never has there been a better time to book your ticket to an island paradise, complete with endless views, wine, cocktails and good times!  

After two years on the shelf we are thrilled to announce the return of Sydney’s favourite wine and food festival, Wine Island, transforming Clark Island into a wine lovers paradise on Sydney Harbour.   

It’s time to get out of your activewear and into your resort wear in preparation for a weekend of pure joy and indulgence shared with friends and family and escape to the tropics of Wine Island.  

From Friday March 18 to Sunday March 20, Clark Island will play host to an impressive smorgasbord of boutique Australian and international wineries paired with gourmet food, a treasure chest full of island cocktails, Silent Vino Disco!, Wine Selectors masterclasses, music and more.    

All Holidaymakers will be transported to the island via the Fever-Tree Ferries with a cocktail in hand as they cruise to the island.  Guests choose the session to suit their schedule, with a morning session at 10am and an afternoon session from 4pm.    

Once on the island enjoy discovering wine from a range of renowned wineries including Chateau Tanunda (Tanunda), Dal Zotto (King Valley), Dandelion/Heirloom Vineyards (McLaren Vale), Hungerford Hill (Hunter Valley), Kirrihill Wines (Clare Valley), Nepenthe (Adelaide Hills), Thomas Wines (Hunter Valley), Tulloch Wines (Hunter Valley), Rosabelle (Languedoc, France), Silent Noise (McLaren Vale) and Winmark Wines (Broke) to name a few.  

Prefer a tipple of something else? Wine Island 2022 will see a huge line up of alternative beverages to enjoy, including 4 Pines Beer Garden, Archie Rose Gin Bar, Brix Distillers (Rum), Frosé and Prosé, Grainshaker Vodka, Ned's Whisky, Fever-Tree Island Spritz Bar, Brookvale Union Seltzer, Punch Bar and Wine Island Iced Tea Bar.  

On the island menu, you will find gourmet offerings from Olio Kensington Street (Sicilian), Joey’s Lobsters, BL Burgers, East 33 Oyster Bar, Artisan Cheese Room, coffee and desert bars, among other delicious offerings to pair with the island wines.    

Not content with lounging around, Holidaymakers can also discover a range of activities including ‘Pinot & Picasso’ art classes and Archie Rose gin masterclasses (available as add-ons), along with complimentary wine education and tastings by Wine Selectors and Silent Vino Disco! for a splash of music and wine matching including Bubbles Bangers, Pinot Pop and Rosé Rock.  All this and more whilst savouring postcard perfect views across the world-famous Sydney Harbour.  

Wine Island is a small and picturesque island that only holds a very limited amount of guests per session.  This avoids the hustle and bustle of larger festivals and makes the event feel like a first class experience so you can relax and soak up the festival vibe in relaxing surrounds while enjoying award-winning wines.    

Packages to paradise begin at $109.00 (plus $7.73 booking & processing fee) for the 5 Star Experience and includes return transfers to and from King Street Wharf/Clark Island on the Fever-Tree Ferries with a cocktail on the forward journey, five wine tastings, a Wine Island branded tumbler and complimentary Wine Selectors masterclasses and Vino Disco! . 

At $209.00 (plus $9.68 booking & processing fee) the 7 Star Experience includes return transfers to and from King Street Wharf/Clark Island on the Fever-Tree Ferries with a cocktail on the forward journey, 10 wine tastings on the island, a meal voucher (excludes oysters and cheese) a Wine Island branded tumbler, tote bag, water bottle and access to complimentary Wine Selectors masterclasses and Vino Disco!. 7 Star holidaymakers can also access the 7 Star Area that includes unlimited tastings at the East 33 Oyster Bar and Rosé Garden Bar, and premium uninterrupted views of the harbour. 

This event is a totally unique experience with very limited capacity per session which sells out each year, so holidaymakers are encouraged to secure tickets early to avoid missing out!
