Dec 04, 2017Award-winning British comedian and best-selling author Jeff Green will bring his new stand-up show 30 to Brisbane Comedy Festival in March next year. Jeff brings his latest, laughter-packed show to Queensland for three shows at Brisbane Powerhouse’s Turbine Studio from Friday 9 - Sunday 11 March. Don’t miss ‘one of the Greats’ (Herald, UK) in this special 30th anniversary performance - tickets on sale Monday 11 December.

‘A world-class comedian...it’s easy to see why Jeff Green is so popular here and overseas.’ - My City Life
Jeff has become a well known figure in Australian media since arriving here for his first performance in 1996 at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival. Now an Australian resident, Jeff has appeared on Spicks and Specks, Good News Week, The Big Music Quiz and numerous times on the Melbourne Comedy Festival Gala. More recently, two of his stand-up specials Jeff Green – Up West and Back From The Bewilderness were shown on consecutive prime time Saturday nights on ABC1.
Jeff’s books The A-Z of Living Together (2002), The A-Z of Being Single (2003), and The A-Z of Having A Baby (2006) have sold over 300,000 copies collectively and have been translated into several languages including Polish, Portuguese, Finnish, Serbian and Spanish.
His BBC Radio 2 comedy series The Green Guide To Life attracted audience averages of over 3 million listeners, and he has appeared on Celebrity Masterchef UK (twice), Michael Mcintyre’s Comedy Roadshow and Bill Bailey’s Birdwatching Bonanza. In addition to all this, Jeff also has a solo West-End season and three full length UK TV comedy specials to his name.

‘Award-winning British comedian and Gatling gun of dad-humour Jeff Green is merciless with a fast Michael McIntyre wit. A giddy crowd left still giggling at his jokes.’ - The Plus Ones
A festival favourite both here and abroad, Jeff returned to Edinburgh Fringe by invitation in 2015 to perform a season for legendary Fringe venue The Gilded Balloon’s 30th anniversary, where he once again achieved critical acclaim at sold-out shows.
