Frontier Comedy are thrilled to announce that Ben Harvey and Liam Stapleton (triple j’s Ben and Liam) will be making their return to the stage for two live comedy shows at Adelaide’s iconic Rhino Room on Friday 23 and Saturday 24 March with special guest local comedy star and broadcaster Amos Gill. 

This will be the first time that fans can see Ben and Liam together live on stage since their 2016 Adelaide Fringe shows Ben and Liam’s Big Night Of Spiffy Banter and Adelaide Comedy Next Gen, celebrating the best up and coming local comedy talent. Both Ben and Liam also competed in the South Australian RAW Comedy State Finals in 2014.

Last month, Ben and Liam won Adelaide Comedy’s 2017 Out Of Adelaide Award, recognising local comedians who have expanded their boundaries outside of Adelaide and blazed trails for future Adelaide comedians to follow. Now, they’re returning for two hometown shows featuring the best of South Australian comedy, with the 2017 Adelaide Comedian of The Year Amos Gill as MC, and two surprise local support acts.

Ben Harvey grew up on a dairy farm in regional South Australia and Liam Stapleton grew up in suburban Adelaide. They began their radio career at Adelaide’s Fresh 92.7 where they appeared on the breakfast show for 2 years, before starting at triple j in 2017. Now based in Sydney, Ben and Liam are heard nationally each morning between 6am to 9am, reaching a weekly audience of more than 1 million listeners.They’ve achieved a strong online and social following via their unique, creative, compelling video work and stunts.
