NAATIONS

One part vocals, one part machines - NAATIONS consists of just that. A strong nod to an island grit and verses that delve into the human condition, sitting atop danceable rhythms and catchy hooks. A project spanning sounds as much as continents, NAATIONS shake up a sparkling cocktail of styles, melding melody with bass bin shaking bottom end. Nicky Night Time (Van She) & Nat Dunn’s musical chemistry was apparent from their first meeting and continued into a mutual muse relationship that is now NAATIONS.

Their Summer hit “Real Life” with Duke Dumont and Gorgon City set the tone before they release their debut EP and tour Europe with Peking Duk this September.

The Los Angeles based, Australian made musical pair are well known and respected by their peers with Nat having written FRIENDS with Anne-Marie & Marshmello, 5 in The Morning with Charli XCX, songs for Tkay Maizda, Chris Brown, Rita Ora, and Noah Cyrus, and Nicky producing and writing on projects for Jess Kent, Kaz James and Elderbrook.

The dance project they come together on is one of a different nature to their separate artist collaborations and reminiscent of the 90s UK rave scene.

Frontier Touring is delighted to welcome pop breakthrough Anne-Marie to Australia this October for two very special one-off shows in Sydney and Melbourne.

Following the release of her UK Top 3 and ARIA Top 20 debut album Speak Your Mind, the UK’s biggest-selling breakthrough artist of 2018, Anne-Marie, will perform her chart-topping tunes including her most recent hit ‘2002’ – a song she co-wrote with touring partner and long-time friend, Ed Sheeran. The has track soared up the charts in Australia reaching #3 on the Shazam AU charts, #3 Shazam Future Hits, #12 on Apple Music AU, #6 on iTunes AU and #7 Spotify AU charts. Anne-Marie’s incredible voice has been celebrated on some massive features over her career. Her powerhouse vocals can be heard on Marshmello’s chart-busting track ‘FRIENDS’; ‘Rockabye’ [the UK’s longest-running No.1 in 22 years] alongside Clean Bandit and Sean Paul; ‘Catch 22’ with Australia’s very own Illy which peaked at #11 on the ARIA Chart; and her most recent David Guetta collaboration ‘Don’t Leave Me Alone’, which was unveiled last week.
