AUSTRALIAN TOUR CANCELLED
It is with regret that Frontier Touring advises the cancellation of Adam Cohen’s Australian tour, scheduled to take place in March. Sadly, Cohen has been forced to make the decision to cancel his Australian show dates due to commitments in Canada and would like to thank his Australian fans who have for so long supported him.
Frontier Touring sincerely apologises to all those affected by this cancellation. Existing ticketholders are entitled to a refund and should note the below details:

If you purchased using a credit card, Oztix will automatically refund the ticket price directly back to the credit card on which the order was purchased. It can take up to 5-10 working days for a refund to be processed back to the card.

If you purchased your ticket online or over the phone through moshtix your ticket will be automatically refunded back to your credit card/PayPal account. It usually takes around 3 business days for the funds to return to your account.
If you purchased your ticket from a moshtix retail outlet you will need to return to the outlet with your ticket to receive your refund.

If you booked online or over the phone, we’re sending the funds back to the credit card you used to purchase the tickets. It can take some time to process, so please give us up to 7 days to process your refund before you start to worry.
We know credit card info can change, so if your original card has expired or is no longer valid (prepaid Visa and MasterCard included), you’ll need to get in touch with our friendly Customer Service Team via 136 100 between 9am - 8pm AEDT Monday to Saturday, or 9am - 5pm AEDT Sunday. Please contact us and we’ll arrange a refund via cheque.
If you stopped into one of our Ticketmaster outlets to buy your tickets, you’ll need to swing by one more time with the tickets and credit card used to make the booking. The outlet staff will help you with your refund.
The Majestic Theatre, Pomona
The full price of your tickets will automatically be refunded to your credit card – please allow up to 7 days for the refund to be processed. A fee of 30 cents will be charged per ticket to process your reimbursement.
Byron Theatre, Byron Bay
