Royel Otis announce Coming Home show at Sydney's Hordern Pavilion - Saturday 21 December

    25 Nov 2024

Royel Otis are returning home after a mammoth year abroad and today announce a special, one-off performance in their hometown of Sydney. Titled Coming Home, this will be the last headline show they play for 2024.

Capping off the biggest year of their career, most importantly it’s also a chance for the band to say thank you to fans, friends and family for their support. Proudly presented by Frontier Touring, the duo announce they’ll take the stage at Sydney’s Hordern Pavilion on Saturday 21 December, marking their biggest Australian headline performance to date.

After a huge year that included four wins at the 2024 ARIA Awards last week – including Best Group, Best Rock Album, Best Engineered Release, and Best Produced Release – chart-topping indie-pop duo Royel Otis will wrap up 2024 with a special, end-of-year show.

Tickets for Royel Otis’ Coming Home show will go on sale 4pm (AEDT), Wednesday 27 November via frontiertouring.com/royelotis. Frontier Members can get early access via the Members Presale, which starts 3pm (AEDT), Tuesday 26 November.

Today’s announcement follows the band’s sold-out Pratts and Pain national album tour back in February, which saw the duo headline sold-out capacity crowds across 14 dates – also earning them an ARIA nomination for ‘Best Australian Live Act’. Over the past 12 months Royel Otis have expanded their reach globally, being name-checked by the GRAMMYs as an Artist To Watch, recently making their US television debut on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, and completing two sold-out US and European tours. Following the release of their globally recognised debut album, the duo’s killer viral performances – including covers of Sophie Ellis Bextor’s ‘Murder on the Dancefloor’ for triple j’s Like A Version, and The Cranberries’ ‘Linger’ on their SiriusXM Session – quickly captured audiences worldwide, helping to earn them over half a billion streams and counting. Now, with four ARIA wins from eight nominations, Royel Otis have cemented their place as one of Australia’s most exciting rising acts.

Don’t miss indie kings Royel Otis at this special, one-off Sydney performance… one night only!
