Ridin' Hearts Festival sideshow: Waylon Wyatt announces exclusive headline Brisbane show for October 2025

    30 Jun 2025

Frontier Touring is excited to announce an exclusive Ridin’ Hearts Festival sideshow for Waylon Wyatt this October!

Heading to Australia for the very first time to perform at Ridin’ Hearts Festival, the celebrated newcomer will make his exclusive Australian debut at The Triffid, Brisbane on Wednesday 22 October as part of his Out Of The Blue World Tour.

Frontier Member and Heartbreakers presales begin from 12pm local time on Wednesday 2 July, before tickets go on sale at 1pm (local time) on Thursday 3 July. Tickets and tour information via frontiertouring.com/waylonwyatt.

Fresh off making his Stagecoach Festival debut and graduating high school just a few weeks later, 18-year-old country singer songwriter Waylon Wyatt is one of the most talked about rising stars in Americana music. Hailed as one of the “top artists to watch”, Wyatt delivers a fresh take on contemporary Americana with debut 2024 EP Til The Sun Goes Down an honest, unpolished, and deeply personal introduction to his music. Amassing over 225 million global streams, the project paved the way for a breakout headline tour across North America, including a sold-out Arkansas hometown show as well as performing alongside Turnpike Troubadours and CMC Rocks and Ridin’ Hearts alumni, Sam Barber.

Releasing his sophomore EP Out Of The Blue just last month (out now via Music Soup/Darkroom Records), the project sees Wyatt’s musical influences shine through. With a rustic, stripped-down quality, his honest yet piercing lyricism compliments his thriving musicality.

Taking the EP on the road on his first international tour, Wyatt will play more than 35 shows across North America, Europe and now Australia, including opening for Zach Bryan at BST Hyde Park and making major festival appearances at Bourbon & Beyond, Cavendish Beach Music Festival and Rock The Park.

To cap off a breakout year, he’ll make his Australian debut in Brisbane before joining Ridin’ Hearts Festival in Sydney and Melbourne. Don’t miss Waylon Wyatt’s special Brisbane headline show this October!
