With their debut visit to our shores a month away and final tickets on sale now, critically acclaimed Philadelphia punkers Mannequin Pussy will be the first unmissable rock show of the summer! The band recently recorded a killer live session for influential Seattle station KEXP – watch it here – and wrapped up a huge, sold out US tour last week, with ticket sales demanding venue upgrades across the nation. 

Today, the band are pleased to announce three fab local acts joining the upcoming I Got Heaven Tour in December… get in fast, Sydney is sold out!

Opening proceedings in Perth will be indie rockers smol fish. The four best friends wrapped their first ever headline tour of the UK and Europe in Aug/Sept, while you might have caught latest single ‘Get Over It’ on triple j, with their sophomore EP crocodile tears out now. From support slots with the likes of Alex G, Noah Dillion and Teen Jesus and the Jean Teasers, smol fish are not to be missed.

Joining the bill in both Brisbane and Sydney is Melbourne four-piece Garage Sale. Darting effortlessly between gentle hopefulness and crushing dread, the band’s most recent EP, Stars Fall 2, is painted with staple diary-esq lyrics and interlocking guitar parts. Proven by their live shows and coastal tours, Garage Sale continue to provide peeks beyond the curtain and into their DIY ethics and lo-fi approaches.

In Melbourne, hometown heroes Armlock will support Mannequin Pussy at their only headline VIC show. On the duo’s new album, Seashell Angel Lucky Charm, Simon Lam and Hamish Mitchell take fans through a steady ascension into heavenly sonic realms. Currently on the road in Europe and the UK this month, Armlock will also make a quick pit stop in the USA for two shows before returning home in Dec.
